On page 12, after line 22, insert the following:

"NEW SECTION.  Sec. 7. A new section is added to chapter 50B.04 RCW to read as follows:

An employee who attests to having purchased long-term care insurance may opt out of coverage under this chapter by providing written notice to the employment security department, which shall be effective immediately."

Renumber the remaining sections consecutively and correct any internal references accordingly.
