On page 1, after line 16, insert the following:

"(3) This section does not apply to the use of an ultrasound by a person on livestock or other animals owned or being raised by that person."

EFFECT: Provides an exemption to the bill for people using an ultrasound as part of raising or caring for livestock and other animals.
