EFFECT: Replaces a requirement that, in order for the Growth Management Hearings Board to issue a finding of compliance after an initial finding of noncompliance, the noncompliant plan or regulations must be amended and the resulting plan or regulations must be in compliance with the Growth Management Act (GMA), and instead requires that the noncompliant plan or regulation must be amended and the amendments addressing the noncompliance must compliant with the GMA.
