On page 5, after line 9 of the striking amendment, insert the following:

"(3) A tenant may waive the rights described under section 101 of this act and agree to rent increases greater than those allowed under section 101 of this act."

On page 14, after line 16 of the striking amendment, insert the following:

"(4) A tenant may waive the rights described under section 201 of this act and agree to rent increases greater than those allowed under section 201 of this act."
