On page 14, line 5 of the striking amendment, after "(3)" insert "Rent and fee increases are not limited by section 201 of this act for a tenancy in a manufactured/mobile home lot where the lot was first created 10 or less years before the date of the notice of the rent and fee increase.
(4)"
On page 16, after line 7 of the striking amendment, insert the following:
"__ Your manufactured/mobile home lot was first created on (insert date), which is 10 or less years before the date of this rent and fee increase notice. (The landlord must include facts or attach documents supporting the exemption.)"
| EFFECT: Adds an exemption to the rent and fee increase limit for tenancies in manufactured/mobile home lots where the lot was first created within the last 10 years. |
