Renumber the remaining subsections consecutively and correct any internal references accordingly.

EFFECT: Eliminates the mandatory award of damages equal to three months of any unlawful rent, fees, or other costs charged by a landlord in an action brought by a tenant to enforce compliance with the rent and fee increase notice requirements, tenant lease termination provisions, or other specified provisions.
