On page 12, beginning on line 31 of the striking amendment, strike all of subsection (4)
Renumber the remaining subsections consecutively and correct any internal references accordingly.
| EFFECT: Removes the prohibition on landlords to charge a higher rent or include terms of payment or other conditions in a rental agreement that are more burdensome to a tenant for a month-to-month rental agreement under the Manufactured/Mobile Home Landlord-Tenant Act than for a rental agreement that is not month-to-month, or vice versa.
