On page 6, after line 13, insert the following:

"NEW SECTION. Sec. 6. Any sections or subsections of this act that discriminate on the basis of race as prohibited by Students for Fair Admissions, Inc. v. President and Fellows of Harvard College, 600 U.S. 181 (2023) and any subsequent constitutional jurisprudence are void and unenforceable.

NEW SECTION. Sec. 7. A new section is added to chapter 29A.92 RCW to read as follows:

Any sections or subsections of this chapter that discriminate on the basis of race as prohibited by Students for Fair Admissions, Inc. v. President and Fellows of Harvard College, 600 U.S. 181 (2023) and any subsequent constitutional jurisprudence are void and unenforceable."

Renumber the remaining sections consecutively and correct any internal references accordingly.

On page 6, line 14, after "through" strike "5" and insert "6"
