EFFECT: Requires the state to reimburse a covered jurisdiction for costs and reasonable attorneys' fees incurred if the covered jurisdiction is the prevailing party in an action brought against it by the Attorney General to enjoin the covered jurisdiction from implementing a covered practice, or in an action brought by the covered jurisdiction to appeal the Attorney General's objection to a covered practice that is submitted for preapproval.
