EFFECT: Changes the date of death for the qualified nonfamilial heir deduction change from dying on or after August 1, 2025 to dying on or after January 1, 2026. Removes the August 1, 2025, effective date, making the bill effective 90 days after the adjournment of the session in which it is passed.
