On page 4, after line 15, insert the following:

"NEW SECTION. Sec. 6. If specific funding for the purposes of this act, referencing this act by bill or chapter number, is not provided by June 30, 2025, in the omnibus appropriations act, this act is null and void."

EFFECT: Makes the requirement for the Legislative Youth Advisory Council to lead a collaborative discussion about the requirements for mandatory reporting of child abuse or neglect subject to appropriations.

Makes the bill null and void unless funded in the operating budget.
