and misconduct and child abuse prevention and response.

| EFFECT: Requires the Office of the Superintendent of Public Instruction to also collaborate with the entities created by joint interlocal cooperative agreement to jointly purchase insurance, jointly self-insure, or jointly hire or contract for risk management services when developing a student and family guide to the school district sexual harassment policy, mandatory reporting, and related topics.
