On page 2, line 6, after "(3)" insert "Nothing in this chapter shall be construed to authorize a law enforcement agency or other prosecutorial entity to grant concurrent criminal authority to the attorney general's office which the granting authority does not possess.

EFFECT: Specifies that a law enforcement agency or prosecutorial entity may not grant concurrent criminal authority to the Attorney General's Office which the granting authority does not possess.
