On page 2, after line 2, insert the following:

"(c) An investigator is subject to the requirements of chapter 43.101 RCW that apply to criminal justice personnel."

EFFECT: Requires an Attorney General Office investigator to comply with the Criminal Justice Training Commission's requirements for peace officer, reserve officer, or corrections officer background investigation, training, certification, reinstatement, and complaint standards.
