On page 1, line 16 of the striking amendment, after "warrant" strike "for business records" and insert ". An investigator's authority to serve electronic search warrants is limited to a business regulated by Title 18 RCW that is located in Washington"

EFFECT:

Prohibits an Attorney General's Office investigator from physically serving a search warrant, rather than prohibiting an Attorney General's Office investigator from physically serving a search warrant for business records.

Limits service of an electronic search warrant by an Attorney General's Office investigator to a regulated business located in Washington.
