On page 1, line 18, after "location." insert "An investigator must attest that the investigator has read the Fifth Amendment of the United States Constitution prior to each application for a warrant under this section."

EFFECT: Requires an Attorney General's Office investigator applying for a search warrant on a business to attest that the investigator has read the Fifth Amendment to the United States Constitution prior to each application for a search warrant.
