On page 1, line 15 of the striking amendment, after "officer." insert "An investigator must attest that the investigator has read the Fourth Amendment of the United States Constitution prior to each application for a warrant under this section."

EFFECT: Requires an Attorney General's Office investigator applying for a search warrant on a business to attest that the investigator has read the Fourth Amendment to the United States Constitution prior to each application for a search warrant.
