On page 4, line 31, after "use." insert "A city may not approve a permit application for transitional housing, permanent supportive housing, indoor emergency shelters, or indoor emergency housing in a location that could block disability access points."

On page 7, line 7, after "use." insert "A code city may not approve a permit application for transitional housing, permanent supportive housing, indoor emergency shelters, or indoor emergency housing in a location that could block disability access points."

EFFECT: Prohibits cities and counties from approving permits for STEP housing in a location that could block disability access points.
