On page 4, line 31, after "use." insert "A city may not approve a permit application for transitional housing, permanent supportive housing, an indoor emergency shelter, or indoor emergency housing unless the operator resides on-site in the facility."
On page 7, line 7, after "use." insert "A code city may not approve a permit application for transitional housing, permanent supportive housing, indoor emergency shelters, or indoor emergency housing unless the operator resides on-site in the facility."
| EFFECT: Prohibits cities and counties from approving permits for STEP housing unless the operator resides on-site in the facility.
