On page 23, after line 25, insert the following:

"NEW SECTION. Sec. 10. A new section is added to chapter 43.330 RCW to read as follows:

Any entity receiving state funds for the development or operation of permanent supportive housing, transitional housing, indoor emergency housing, or indoor emergency shelters must submit annual financial disclosures with the entity's revenue, costs, and executive compensation to the department. The department must post the financial disclosures to its website."

EFFECT: Requires any entity receiving state funds for the development or operation of STEP housing to submit annual financial disclosures to the Department of Commerce (Commerce). Requires Commerce to post the financial disclosures to its website.
