On page 3, after line 38, insert the following:
"(7) A facility for permanent supportive housing, transitional housing, an indoor emergency shelter, or indoor emergency housing sited under this section may not operate unless the city in which the facility is located, or the county if the facility is not located in a city, certifies in writing that the facility complies with any density limits and fire codes applicable to the facility's location."
On page 6, after line 13, insert the following:
"(8) A facility for permanent supportive housing, transitional housing, an indoor emergency shelter, or indoor emergency housing sited under this section may not operate unless the city in which the facility is located certifies in writing that the facility complies with any density limits and fire codes applicable to the facility's location."
On page 8, after line 31, insert the following:
"(8) A facility for permanent supportive housing, transitional housing, an indoor emergency shelter, or indoor emergency housing sited under this section may not operate unless the code city in which the facility is located certifies in writing that the facility complies with any density limits and fire codes applicable to the facility's location."
