On page 2, line 1, after "(5)" insert "This section does not apply to the filling of cylinders of nitrous oxide for the subsequent sale, furnishment, or distribution of nitrous oxide by a person or entity engaged in lawfully distributing medical, veterinary, dental, food-grade, industrial, or automotive gases, when the nitrous oxide is sold, furnished, or distributed solely for a purpose exempt under this section, provided that the cylinders are not for personal use.

Renumber the remaining subsection consecutively and correct any internal references accordingly.
| EFFECT: Adds an exemption to the new offense of the Sale and Distribution of Nitrous Oxide for filling cylinders of nitrous oxide for the subsequent sale, furnishment, or distribution of nitrous oxide for medical, veterinary, dental, food-grade, industrial, or automotive purposes, provided that the cylinders are not for personal use. |
