On page 18, line 3 of the striking amendment, after "RCW 36.28.025" insert "and may not be a member or employee of the criminal justice training commission"

EFFECT: Prohibits a member or employee of the Criminal Justice Training Commission from being appointed to fill a vacancy in an elected office of sheriff.
