On page 7, line 16 of the striking amendment, after "(1)(a)" strike "Any" and insert "Except as provided in (c) of this subsection, any"

On page 8, after line 6 of the striking amendment, insert the following:

"(c) The limitations on authority to detain or arrest, use force, carry or use firearms or other weapons, and use surveillance technologies do not apply to security staff employed by governmental agencies as defined under RCW 1.80.010."

On page 9, line 3 of the striking amendment, after "(1)(a)" strike "Any" and insert "Except as provided in (c) of this subsection, any"
