AN ACT Relating to cities and towns; and adding a new section to chapter 36.93 RCW.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF WASHINGTON:

NEW SECTION. Sec. 1.  A new section is added to chapter 36.93 RCW to read as follows:

          In addition to review by the boundary review board under this chapter, the incorporation of a city or town is also subject to review by the county legislative authority as provided in chapters 35.02, 35.03, 35.04, 35A.02, and 35A.03 RCW.
