AN ACT Relating to the Washington state development loan fund committee; and repealing RCW 42.18.350.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF WASHINGTON:

NEW SECTION. Sec. 1.  Section 12, chapter 164, Laws of 1985 and RCW 42.18.350 are each repealed.
