BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF WASHINGTON:
Sec. 1. Section 10, chapter 85, Laws of 1982 and RCW 66.24.550 are each amended to read as follows:
There shall
be a ((special gift)) wine ((service)) retailer's license to be
designated as class P to solicit, take orders for, sell and deliver wine in

delivery of gifts at retail which holds no other class of license under this
title or to a person in the business of selling flowers or floral
arrangements at retail. No minimum wine inventory requirement shall apply to
holders of class P licenses. The fee for this license is seventy-five

this title. A class P license does not authorize door-to-door solicitation of
gift wine delivery orders ((or the delivery of more than one bottle of wine
to the same address in any twenty-four hour period)).
