AN ACT Relating to the data processing authority; and adding new sections to chapter 43.131 RCW.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF WASHINGTON:

NEW SECTION. Sec. 1.  A new section is added to chapter 43.131 RCW to read as follows:

          The data processing authority and its powers and duties shall be terminated on June 30, 1988, as provided in section 2 of this act.

NEW SECTION. Sec. 2.  A new section is added to chapter 43.131 RCW to read as follows:

          The following acts or parts of acts, as now existing or hereafter amended, are each repealed, effective June 30, 1989:

          (1) Section 1, chapter 115, Laws of 1967 ex. sess., section 1, chapter 219, Laws of 1973 1st ex. sess. and RCW 43.105.010;

          (2) Section 2, chapter 219, Laws of 1973 1st ex. sess. and RCW 43.105.016;

          (3) Section 2, chapter 115, Laws of 1967 ex. sess., section 3, chapter 219, Laws of 1973 1st ex. sess. and RCW 43.105.020;

          (4) Section 5, chapter 219, Laws of 1973 1st ex. sess., section 128, chapter 34, Laws of 1975-'76 2nd ex. sess., section 86, chapter 287, Laws of 1984 and RCW 43.105.032;

          (5) Section 6, chapter 219, Laws of 1973 1st ex. sess., section 115, chapter 3, Laws of 1983 and RCW 43.105.041;

          (6) Section 7, chapter 219, Laws of 1973 1st ex. sess., section 11, chapter 52, Laws of 1983 and RCW 43.105.043;

          (7) Section 8, chapter 219, Laws of 1973 1st ex. sess. and RCW 43.105.045;

          (8) Section 5, chapter 115, Laws of 1967 ex. sess. and RCW 43.105.050;

          (9) Section 6, chapter 115, Laws of 1967 ex. sess., section 9, chapter 219, Laws of 1973 1st ex. sess. and RCW 43.105.060;

          (10) Section 4, chapter 212, Laws of 1969 ex. sess. and RCW 43.105.070;

          (11) Section 1, chapter 129, Laws of 1974 ex. sess., section 116, chapter 3, Laws of 1983 and RCW 43.105.080; and
