AN ACT Relating to elections; adding a new section to chapter 29.85 RCW; and prescribing penalties.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF WASHINGTON:

NEW SECTION. Sec. 1.  A new section is added to chapter 29.85 RCW to read as follows:

          (1) Any political advertising designed in the form of a sample ballot shall include the names of all known candidates.

          (2) Any violation of this section shall constitute a misdemeanor.
