AN ACT Relating to enforcement of sewer assessments; and adding a new section to chapter 56.20 RCW.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF WASHINGTON:

NEW SECTION. Sec. 1.  A new section is added to chapter 56.20 RCW to read as follows:

          After the expiration of three years from the date of delinquency of any installment of a special assessment levied under this chapter, the district shall proceed with foreclosure of the delinquent assessment as permitted under this chapter.
