AN ACT Relating to the Pacific northwest festival facility; repealing RCW 43.31.940, 43.31.942, 43.31.944, 43.31.946, and 43.31.948; and providing an effective date.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF WASHINGTON:

NEW SECTION. Sec. 1.  The following acts or parts of acts are each repealed:

                   (1) Section 2, chapter 197, Laws of 1979 ex. sess. and RCW 43.31.940;

          (2) Section 3, chapter 197, Laws of 1979 ex. sess. and RCW 43.31.942;

          (3) Section 4, chapter 197, Laws of 1979 ex. sess. and RCW 43.31.944;

          (4) Section 5, chapter 197, Laws of 1979 ex. sess. and RCW 43.31.946; and

          (5) Section 6, chapter 197, Laws of 1979 ex. sess. and RCW 43.31.948.

NEW SECTION. Sec. 2.     This act shall take effect on July 1, 1986.
