AN ACT Relating to state procurement; adding a new section to chapter 28B.10 RCW; adding a new section to chapter 39.04 RCW; adding a new section to chapter 43.19 RCW; and adding a new section to chapter 47.28 RCW.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF WASHINGTON:

NEW SECTION. Sec. 1.  A new section is added to chapter 28B.10 RCW to read as follows:

          Nothing purchased, leased, or rented under the authority of this chapter may include any products produced, manufactured, or distributed by South Africa or Namibia or any of their instrumentalities.

NEW SECTION. Sec. 2.  A new section is added to chapter 39.04 RCW to read as follows:

          Nothing purchased, leased, or rented under the authority of this chapter may include any products produced, manufactured, or distributed by South Africa or Namibia or any of their instrumentalities.

NEW SECTION. Sec. 3.  A new section is added to chapter 43.19 RCW to read as follows:

          Nothing purchased, leased, or rented under the authority of this chapter may include any products produced, manufactured, or distributed by South Africa or Namibia or any of their instrumentalities.

NEW SECTION. Sec. 4.  A new section is added to chapter 47.28 RCW to read as follows:

          Nothing purchased, leased, or rented under the authority of this chapter may include any products produced, manufactured, or distributed by South Africa or Namibia or any of their instrumentalities.
