AN ACT Relating to public employees; and adding a new section to chapter 41.04 RCW.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF WASHINGTON:

NEW SECTION. Sec. 1.  A new section is added to chapter 41.04 RCW to read as follows:

          No bill which would change the existing benefit formulas for public employees shall become a law unless sixty percent of the elected members of each house of the state legislature vote in its favor.
