AN ACT Relating to game department property taxes; repealing RCW 77.12.201 and 77.12.203; and declaring an emergency.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF WASHINGTON:

NEW SECTION. Sec. 1.  The following acts or parts of acts are each repealed:

          (1) Section 2, chapter 97, Laws of 1965 ex. sess., section 1, chapter 59, Laws of 1977 ex. sess., section 36, chapter 78, Laws of 1980, section 1, chapter 214, Laws of 1984, section 335, chapter 258, Laws of 1984 and RCW 77.12.201; and

          (2) Section 3, chapter 97, Laws of 1965 ex. sess., section 37, chapter 78, Laws of 1980, section 2, chapter 214, Laws of 1984 and RCW 77.12.203.

NEW SECTION. Sec. 2.     This act is necessary for the immediate preservation of the public peace, health, and safety, the support of the state government and its existing public institutions, and shall take effect immediately.
