AN ACT Relating to special rights of action; and adding a new section to chapter 4.24 RCW.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF WASHINGTON:

NEW SECTION. Sec. 1.  A new section is added to chapter 4.24 RCW to read as follows:

          No person engaged in business may bring or maintain in any court of this state any action without alleging and proving payment of taxes required by chapter 82.04 RCW.
