AN ACT Relating to the enforcement of the wholesale distributor/supplier equity agreement act; adding a new section to chapter 19.126 RCW; and prescribing penalties.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF WASHINGTON:

NEW SECTION. Sec. 1.  A new section is added to chapter 19.126 RCW to read as follows:

          Failure to comply with this chapter is a misdemeanor and constitutes grounds, in the discretion of the state liquor control board, for suspension or cancellation under RCW 66.24.010 of any license or certificate held by a supplier or its agent.
