AN ACT Relating to beer and wine advertising; and amending RCW 66.08.060.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF WASHINGTON:

        Sec. 1.  Section 43, chapter 62, Laws of 1933 ex. sess. and RCW 66.08.060 are each amended to read as follows:

(1) The board shall not advertise liquor in any form or through any medium whatsoever.

(2) The board shall have power to adopt any and all reasonable regulations as to the kind, character and location of advertising of liquor:  PROVIDED, That beer and wine shall not be advertised on television or radio.
