AN ACT Relating to voting hours; and amending RCW 29.13.080.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF WASHINGTON:

        Sec. 1.  Section 29.13.080, chapter 9, Laws of 1965 as last amended by section 1, chapter 78, Laws of 1973 and RCW 29.13.080 are each amended to read as follows:

          At all primaries and elections, general or special, in all counties the polls must be kept open from ((seven)) five o'clock a.m. to ((eight)) six o'clock p.m.  All qualified electors who are at the polling place at eight o'clock p.m., shall be allowed to cast their votes.
