AN ACT Relating to the criminal justice training commission; and amending RCW 43.101.850.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF WASHINGTON:

        Sec. 1.  Section 1, chapter 133, Laws of 1981 and RCW 43.101.850 are each amended to read as follows:

          The criminal justice training commission shall cease to exist on June 30, ((1987)) 1989, unless extended by law for an additional fixed period of time.  The legislative budget committee shall cause a program and fiscal review of the commission to be conducted under the provisions of chapter 43.131 RCW.  The final audit report shall be available to the legislature at least six months prior to the scheduled termination date.
