AN ACT Relating to commercial fishing licenses; and adding a new section to chapter 75.28 RCW.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF WASHINGTON:

NEW SECTION. Sec. 1.  A new section is added to chapter 75.28 RCW to read as follows:

          The department shall issue a commercial license to any person who previously had a commercial license and whose boat was seized by a foreign government and not returned.  Licenses issued under this section shall equal the number of vessels seized.
