AN ACT Relating to motor vehicle dealers; and adding a new section to chapter 46.70 RCW.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF WASHINGTON:

NEW SECTION. Sec. 1.  A new section is added to chapter 46.70 RCW to read as follows:

          The director may waive any of the requirements pertaining to a vehicle dealer's established place of business, if in the director's opinion, the purposes of this chapter will still be achieved.
