WHEREAS, The transportation of radioactive materials can result in serious problems;

          NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, By the Senate of the state of Washington, the House of Representatives concurring, That a joint select committee be created to study the problems relating to the transportation of radioactive materials.
