BACKGROUND:

 

Currently, Washington does not have a license which accurately reflects the activities of a liquor broker. 

 

SUMMARY:

 

A liquor broker license is created.  The license authorizes a business to act as a liquor broker, for a fee or commission, in purchasing or selling liquor for or on behalf of a person.
