EFFECT OF SENATE AMENDMENT(S)The total Supplemental Capital Budget was reduced to $105,149,000.  The $123 million appropriation for the East Capitol Campus Development project, $29 million for the Washington Convention and Trade Center, and various other capital construction projects were deleted from the supplemental budget and various other capital projects were added.  See attached spreadsheet for an itemization of the differences between the House and Senate supplemental capital budget.

 

Appropriation:    $249,469,000 is appropriated for the various capital projects identified in the attached spreadsheet.

 

Fiscal Note:      Not Requested.

 

Effective Date:The bill contains an emergency clause and takes effect immediately.
