House Committee - Testimony For:    Under current law a public hospital district may have only one superintendent, who is also usually the district's hospital administrator.  Unlike all the other public hospital districts in the state, Pacific County Public Hospital District No. 1 has not one but two hospitals and therefore, needs a superintendent/administrator for each hospital.
