BACKGROUND:

 

The time limit for filing appeals of decisions made by the Employment Security Department is 10 days.

 

SUMMARY:

 

The time limit for filing an appeal of determinations made by the Employment Security Department to an administrative law judge or the commissioner of the department is changed from 10 days to 30 days.
