SUMMARY OF PROPOSED SENATE AMENDMENTS:

Added an appropriation of $40,000 for the Eastern State Hospital Day Care Center; $126,000 was appropriated for the Nine Mile Falls Transition Plans; and $800,000 was appropriated for land acquisition for the Spokane Technical Institute.

Appropriation:    $95,366,000 is appropriated for the various capital projects.

Effective Date:The bill contains an emergency clause and takes effect immediately.
