BACKGROUND:

All persons who fish for steelhead trout must possess a valid steelhead punchcard, for an annual cost of $15.

Senior citizens who are currently receiving free fishing licenses would appreciate receiving free steelhead punchcards.

SUMMARY:

Persons over the age of 70, who have been a state resident for over ten years, are eligible to receive a free steelhead punchcard.
