BACKGROUND:

 

Any county, city, town, municipal corporation or quasi municipal corporation may provide utility services at reduced rates for low income senior citizens.  However, similar authority does not exist for a reduction of rates for low income disabled citizens.

Any county, city, town, municipal corporation or quasi municipal corporation may provide utility services at reduced rates for low income disabled citizens.
