Any increased support service costs incurred through the use of any gifts, grants, conveyances, devices, and bequests of real or personal property from public or private sources shall be paid from the moneys from the gift, grant, conveyance, device or bequest.
EFFECT OF PROPOSED SUBSTITUTE:
School district boards of directors are encouraged rather than required to use a portion of gifts and grants they may receive to pay for any increased support service costs incurred as a result of the receipt of the gifts or grants.

Revenue: none
Fiscal Note: none requested
